Luis Contreras is from Caracas, Venezuela. He is married to Gisela Bellina and has two girls, Valentina and Ariana. He has lived in The United States for 17 years now and three of those here in Chattanooga. He owns and operates The Local Juicery and Kitchen on Main St., Local Paletas, and Squeaky Clean.
