4-H is well represented in this episode by the one and only Steve McKinley of Indiana 4-H. Steve does an incredible job of breaking down how they delegate and train their teen leaders to ask the right questions, and solve their problems that arise. When the pandemic hit in early 2020, his leaders hit the ground running with how to shift their already planned conference to fully virtual. There is so much wisdom in this episode!! Get excited!!
