Brad Odice was the English teacher at Highlands Ranch High School in Colorado and just helped out with student leadership on the side. Then he was asked to step in the Leadership teacher role, filling the incredibly big shoes of his predecessor. This could be intimidating for anyone, but Brad has handled it with grace and strength.
