Do you measure your own worth based on the likes and comments and heart emoji’s you receive?  Do you feel like you are a failure if you don’t get as many as someone else? Do you compare to other Real Estate Agents in your marketplace? Oh man…I do it all the time. It can be easy to compare ourselves, or get a case of imposter syndrome in this industry. What is important to do is to remember, we are all just regular people! Regular people with regular jobs, and we all have the capacity to reach the same level of success. This is what I want the take away from this episode to be - Why are you doing what you are doing?  What is behind your motivation?  What is it that is going to cause you to keep going?  What will make you change a habit?  What is powerful enough to cause you to do what you do, even if you don’t see results instantaneously?  What is driving you to make that call?  Why are you committing?  Why are you putting out the efforts, the connections, the phone calls, the visits, the volunteering, the sleepless nights…all of that …. What is it all for?  How big is the dream?
