Description

The greatest plan in the world is useless if it is not executed correctly.

Managing crisis situations can be stressful and let's face it, no one expects a true crisis to strike, especially when it directly affects you, your business and your team.

2020 has been quite the experience, wouldn’t you agree?

Being forced to act quickly in a difficult situation when we least expect it.

The best way to minimise the effects of a crisis is to have a well-developed plan of dealing with it and then successfully executing it.

Too often I hear people, managers, leaders say, I just wish things would just go to plan…

Here’s the thing, If you’re planning for something that involves you and only you, then generally speaking the execution, if planned right, should be straightforward and things should go to plan.

When it comes to involving other people, however, the key to the successful execution of the plan is effective communication, it’s having the ability to be behaviorally flexible. it's knowing HOW to use the right language in a way that resonates with everyone on the team, that they understand it and are on the same page.

In this episode, I share with you the 6 steps to successfully executing a plan and gear up for 2021.
