In this episode, I share a few thoughts and suggestions that I had in a conversation this morning with my action partner about his local restaurant. Instead of focusing on what to cut in spending, if he would focus on increasing revenue, that would be much smarter. 10X the amount of efforts on videos for marketing, 10X the energy spent on making sure we don’t run out of frozen Grab-N-Go items. I suggested creating an “86 Inventory Report” to monitor and track what they run out of each and every day.
