In this episode, I share about how we are strategically planning for 2021 this week at work. I share my concerns about not branching out in other areas of experience right now. With Covid-19 and the need to preserve cash a major reason, I believe we should focus our efforts on growing within the areas of experience that we currently operate. We have been selling cabbages and collards for 20 years and have one kiwi, which is our chemical engineer. By offering another kiwi and branching out into areas unknown for us would be a monumental task. My main goal is to fill Jennifer’s plate this next year. Let’s don’t overload on kiwi and exotic fruit right now. Let’s stay the path on what we know works.
