In this episode, I share about a recent example where someone should have called first. In today’s marketing climate, sending emails is just not enough. A phone call first can move mountains. If you cannot get the person over the phone and you have not heard back within 48 hours, then try sending the email but I always try calling first. This method cannot be reversed it is not ideal to email first And then window responses received trying to call. It sounds rude that way.
