Over 100 people were detained in a mass arrest in Omaha Nebraska in late July, 2020 while peacefully protesting for Black Lives Matter. It’s believed the mass arrest violated state law, and the violent treatment of the protesters at the hands of police raises bigger questions of civil rights violations.
