January is when most of us start to set our goals for the year. Whether it is getting fit or saving more money, the start of the year fills us with an infectious energy for change. Whatever goal you have we know how exciting it can be to embark on a journey of self-improvement.

But how do you sustain this motivation for the entire year?

Statistically, over 80% of New Year’s Resolutions are abandoned by the end of February. That’s only 1 month of effort before people call it quits. As we all know, anything worthwhile takes longer than a month of effort to achieve.
