Whether we are leading one person, a big group or just ourselves, we will all be in a role of leadership at some point in our lives. Being a leader is hard. You’ll be forced to make tough decisions, have difficult conversations and take risks with little or no information.
Julia and Michael both have diverse experiences of leadership. Julia has spent the better part of a decade creating and leading a small team as a young female entrepreneur in the event management world. Michael has spent most of his early career in the social impact sector, leading a small non-for-profit as the CEO and now as a Senior Manager at social enterprise.
