Best of The Satin Lounge with Kia René welcomes Australian Chill Lounge Singer/Songwriter JENAYLA to Pillow Talk. JENAYLA (‘je-nay-luh’) discusses her CD "Insight" and her journey In finding her voice inside the Smooth Jazz and Chill Lounge genre. JENAYLA was born and raised in Australia, born into a musical family giving her at an early an understanding of melody and lyric. She further refined her skills in the studio and in live performance, touring professionally in Australia. JENAYLA began her collaboration with award winning Composer/Producer Roberto Merlini, who having had releases on CaféDel Mar, encouraged JENAYLA to further explore her passion for Smooth Jazz and Chill Lounge music. This developed partnership led JENAYLA and Roberto to produce the EP Vision, debut album Insight and the latest acclaimed album Now. She's inspired by her earlier pop roots from artists such as Lisa Stansfield, Sade, Margaret Urlich, Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson. Her songs are currently being played and promoted by radio stations throughout Europe - Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Australia, Africa, Canada, South America and the US. JENAYLA is licensing her music to clients of brands and industries in luxury retail, hotel resorts, special events; and is available for compilation projects, television and film.
