For this episode we are excited to have Kevin's wife Charnell on for her experience working with children in the classroom and as a coach.
What is our role if we see something and wonder if we should report it?
We all would like to believe that abuse happens to someone else, not to anyone that we know.
That it happens in those other places, not here in our nice neighborhood or school or church.
But abuse does not discriminate- it happens everywhere
1 in 4 girls are sexually abused by the time that they are 18, and 1 in 6 boys.
These are our kids who this is happening to.
What can we do if we see something that just doesn't seem right?
Are we supposed to tell someone?
It can be very scary and messy to bring it up if we see something that we think isn't right- but it is worth it if it means you can save someone from abuse.
So what can you do?
If you see something- report it
