In this episode we discuss how important it can be to be patient with the process and with yourself.

There really are no shortcuts.

There are a lot of steps you can take that will help you to get to the place of healing and can help you address your immediate issues.

There are medications you can take if you are struggling with depression or PTSD and other treatments that help with the symptoms that you have.

But in order to address what happened to us and the fallout that it has caused in our lives it takes time and work.

This is important work and it is worth it to stick it out - you are worth it!

It is easy to get impatient with the process especially when it feels like nothing is getting better.

Don't give up, it does get better and it will get easier as long as you keep going.
