Description

Husband and Wife Presley & Karamea Matthes tragically lost their son Keenan on April 20, 2017 to a train accident at a pedestrian crossing in Ranui, Auckland.  Keenan went for a morning run wearing noise cancelling earphones when the train struck him at the crossing.  The Ranui couple now are behind the ONE EAR OUT campaign to spread awareness to the public of the dangers of train crossings when using headphones.

We talk to Presley and Karamea about the building industry, living in Ranui, Karamea's Op Shop business venture and the One Ear Out Campaign.
