Nick Smale is a former Scientist and is currently the spokesperson for the West Auckland Licensing Trusts Action Group (WALTAG) which are against the Waitakere Licensing Trust and the Portage Licensing Trust having the monopoly on alcohol in West Auckland and campaign to have that monopoly removed.
Sam Learmonth is a Lawyer and member of the West Auckland Licensing Trusts Action Group (WALTAG) he resides in Avondale.
