Journaling has been an absolute game-changer for me. Whenever I feel tense, anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, I instantly reach for my journal and just write.

But I know it isn’t always that easy. When you first start journaling, it can feel a bit silly. You sit there, pen in hand, and stare at a blank page. Nothing comes to mind and you just don’t know where to start.
