Shaina Falcone is a Canadian Fitness professional who has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years. Her passion is helping women become stronger and feel more confident through eating well and exercising regularly.
Shaina is a Stott Pilates certified Pilates & Barre instructor, and a Canfitpro certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness instructor, as well as Canfitpro certified Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coach.
Shaina teaches fusion fitness by blending Pilates, barre, strength and cardio intervals into her programs to create a unique workout experience that strengthens body and mind.
