In my ninth episode, it's all me. No theme. Just me. Overthinking my thoughts...
I recorded this one on October 4th with full intentions of releasing it one week ago. Then I got scared. So I let myself overthink it and push it off to the side. As someone who struggles with depression and anxiety – and crippling grief since I lost my mother in March of this year – it can be really challenging to "put myself out there" like this. But I was compelled to record it for a reason. So, here it is: Raw and Uncut (and still scared).
