We dive into:
• How a yoga practice and breath work can help you through your anxiety and depression
• Working through suicidal thoughts and negative self talk
• The importance of talking, connecting and reaching out when you need help
Originally from Nova Scotia, Mike Enman is a secondary teacher of social studies, phys ed and entrepreneurship in Airdrie, Alberta. After decades of soul searching and battling depression, he discovered yoga in 2018, which helped him find his current path, one genuine to who he is. Mike still struggles with anxiety, but has developed a set of tools to help, tools which he strives to introduce to his students so that they too may live a life where anxiety and depression are manageable parts of a fantastic journey.
