Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been hospitalized with an infection. This leaves many wondering what happened if she does not make it.
If unfortunate events as those were transpire, seeing that she's near 90, another Justice would be appointed by the President. Interesting huh? If Trump is president, he'd be appointing the judge who'd definitely be very conservative.
What's the fear Democrats have with that?
Roe v Wade....which makes Abortion LEGAL.
However, another Conservative Judge on the bench could revisit the option to overturn Roe v Wade thus making Abortion illegal.
