Each of these tears serve a purpose of helping to detox and cleanse your body.- Reflex tears clean out debris from your eyes. So like smoke and dust.- Continuous tears protect your eye from infection by keeping them moist.- Emotional tears contain stress hormones and other toxins that they flush from your body. Improves your mood - Emotional tears release stress hormones - When you cry it lower your stress levels- Crying can make you feel better because hormones is leaving your body It help you recover from grief - It takes time to recover from grief so crying help you go through the steps of grief - You will find comfort when you are crying when releasing your emotions.
