Today's episode is all about the different phases in our healing journey. Did you know there is five stages in the healing journey and that we go through them multiple times in a month and a year. Here are the different stages
1. What are the 5 phases in your healing journey
- Denial, Anger, Barging, Depression, Acceptance
2. Fist stage: Denial: you are going to refuse to accept that you have went through any trauma
3. Second stage: Anger: when our denial fades away we will start to feel anger towards ourselves or towards other because of our traumas.
4. Third stage: Bargaining: During this stage we might try to negotiate to fix the situation
5. Fourth Stage: Depression: us a an individual can realize that we may experience which will be deep sadness, grief and also a sense of hopelessness
6. Fifth stage: Acceptance: In this stage we as an individual will start to come to finally to accept the trauma has happened and begin one healing and moving forward.
