Ngoni has done amazing things for the game of rugby. Not only in the way he interacts with others but how he continues to embrace every challenge that he may face and how he goes about handling it. Ngoni has started his own academy in Zimbabwe (Hearts of Stone Rugby Academy) which is growing steadily and are hoping for more competitions to participate in. Ngoni is also a player for the Zimbabwe Sevens team and currently plays for Tomitanii Constanta in Romania.
