Former Wales and Namibia rugby coach, Phil Davies, spoke to The Sports Editor about his fantastic career at Llanelli where he made 350 appearances. We also discussed his approach to coaching the Namibia rugby team at the Rugby World Cup and what he basis his coaching on which includes getting up at 5am for scrumming sessions!
