Wayne Taylor has a unique amount of experience when it comes to strength and conditioning training.
Wayne first got involved in the different aspects of rugby by doing his fair share for the New Zealand army and then steadily progressed to be involved in a number of professional rugby teams such as Japan, Lions, Sunwolves and Tasman Mako.
We have a close look at the significance of the haka, South Africa school boy rugby versus New Zealand school boy rugby as well as how important it is to maximise training times which has led to the success of so many New Zealand rugby teams.
We also talk about Wayne's human performance centre. More info can be found on https://www.facebook.com/wt.humanperformance/
