Dr Aiken holds a PhD (University of Exeter) and a Doctorate in Professional Studies (University of Middlesex). She is a Master Integral Coach™, and a certified Thinking Environment™ Coach and Consultant and was a founding member of the Time to Think™ Collegiate in South Africa. Her passion is developing leaders at every level. She also is experienced in working with cultural diversity issues and exclusions in the workplace.
