Elona is currently a PhD Candidate at WITS Business School, with a focus on Business Coaching and Entrepreneurship. She is a lead in the Masters in Management Business and Executive Coaching progam at the Wits Business School. She holds a Masters degree in International Business Management from Liverpool University, and an Advanced Diploma in Life, Executive and Business Coaching. Elona’s qualifications are paired with over 15 years of developing and supporting business executives, senior managers and entrepreneurs across all business sectors. In all her partnerships, Elona has been a change driver, providing customized coaching services that led to changed behaviour and resulted in inspired leadership and exceptional organizational growth. In addition to coaching, Elona also provides workshops and strategy sessions to align high-performance teams leading to individual and business growth.
