Dr Mongezi is an organisation development specialist, organisational learning expert & Accredited Master coach with 20 years experience in corporates and NGO’s across the continent including Zambia, Nigeria, Kenya & Mozambique. He is the founder of The Africa Centre for Work-Based Learning, a professional development outfit that prepares people for entry into the professions of Project Management, Accounting, Coaching & Coaching Psychology, Organisation Development, Local Government and Entrepreneurship. He is also chairman of the The Entrepreneurship Academy of South Africa, The South African National youth orchestra Foundation and The Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting & Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP). He also sits as non-executive director on several boards in the NGO, music & film sectors.
