Humans are so great because we’re all different. It’s why the world works and why we fall in love. Here I look at how to be less angry without changing who you are. I know my truths, what matters to me, and what I’m good and bad at. I’ve spent years developing self-awareness, so I can grow, improve, and create a better and happier life for myself. Some things will always grate on me and that’s OK. I know some of my perceived ‘negative’ traits are the reason I have success, so I’m not trying to ‘fix’ myself. This is how you can love yourself and everyone around you too, by using this one simple mindset shift. Whether you get angry sometimes or not, this will help you get some real perspective.
