In which X7 looks at the 1990 movie Captain America. It has a great cast and a for the price, decent script. The music is perfectly of the time frame, and one can see all the earmarks of those endless action movies from 1985-1995. It is certainly not the worst adaptation of a comic book character, that's for sure. The Blu Ray from Shout! Factory was very reasonably priced, and the movie was worth it. This Cap can throw his mighty shield though!
