In which X7 talks about his first science fiction double feature. We understand people never forget their first double features. The first movie is the astounding War of the Worlds, produced by George Pal in 1953. This was the first movie adaptation of H. G. Wells' 1898 novel of the same name. It won an Oscar for Best Special Effects in the same year and certainly was worthy of it. Stay tuned tomorrow for the second film in the double feature!
