Ayda has dedicated her whole life to working on herself, leaning into diverse therapeutic practices and becoming connected to what happens behind every human being. Ten years ago, she decided to start sharing her knowledge with others and since, has helped over 4,000 people by providing them with tools to live a better life. Ayda sees every person as an individual world, so beautiful and deep, and she is marveled by the different people that enter her office. Ayda understands that behind each human being there is a deep call and something which we all want to live...and that is happiness. She dedicates her time as a therapist guiding people to fully embody their emotions and transforming themselves daily in order to find that inner state of happiness we all have within.
