Enjoying very much talking about this. I tend to laugh about myself a lot. Every time I dig deeper in who I am. I would like you to see the big picture in  your life. We have daily challenges and decisions to make when dealing with other people and ourselves. So, it is important to accept frustrating situations as part of the experience in this world. It doesn´t matter who creates those situations. It is more important to be ready and equipped to respond. Not to react instead have a healthy respond. Allow it and redirect the energy. Please acknowledge you have emotions and feelings towards almost everything.  Let your lion roar, but in a more creative and positive way. Find out what relaxes you in times of stress.
