This episode includes reflections about the practice of acceptance. I welcome you to make this as your ritual practice. When you really get into the point of living your life in the present moment, acceptance is part of that. Personally, I think is very challenging to start practicing it. Still, it is necessary to avoid suffering and embrace reconciliation with yourself, people and situations.
