Lacy had been struggling with her weight for over two years and had been unable to drop below 192lbs. Despite walking consistently and doing up to 10K steps a day, her weight wouldn't budge and she feared for her health in the long term.  

After experiencing an episode of high blood pressure, Lacy realized that she needed to make a significant change in her life. She had seen the Fight Fitness 6 week challenge advertised on Facebook for over two years, but had not felt up to the task until her energy levels returned.  In addition to wanting to lose weight, Lacy was also dealing with the debilitating pain of dysmenorrhea each month and knew that walking alone wasn't helping. 

With this in mind, she decided to invest in herself and committed to the 6 week challenge.  The results were astounding. Lacy lost 16lbs, felt stronger both mentally and physically and her dysmenorrhea was almost nonexistent by the end of the program. She also noticed more muscle definition, which was a pleasant surprise.  

Lacy highly recommends the 6 week challenge to anyone who wants to lose weight and improve their health. She encourages women in particular to take the leap and commit to starting a healthy lifestyle, stating that you won't regret it.
