Rachel comes from 3 generations of cosmetologists. You could say her love of making others feel and look more beautiful runs in her veins, as well as the family.
Rachel has been in the industry since 2007 and has trained with Riawna Capri & Nikki Lee from Nine Zero One Salon in Beverly Hills, Tracey Cunningham, Lo Wheeler, Larisa Love, Giovanni with Redken, Guy Tang, Charlie Price, Kim Vo, Howard McLarren, Thom Priano, Garren and many more. She is also the global lead educator for LACED Hair Extensions and has trained thousands of stylists in how to expand their skill set and their businesses through extensions.
She continually cultivates other stylists on how to be successful artists as well as how to start their own luxury salon from the ground up. She has built two Salon Ownership Consulting companies, BABES IN BUSINESS & LUXURY SALON OWNER where she coaches salon owners across the country in growing their businesses and their teams as well as an international destination mastermind yearly and an online educational course called Salon Owner University. The Salon Ownership Coaching program is a visionary blueprint to successful salon ownership. She also owns 3 salons and counting and hopes to continue to open additional salons across the country and expand her business coaching program abroad.
