Description

Sabrina started CrossFit 10 years ago! After a few years at her old gym, things fell apart and she ended up leaving. After a hiatus she tried to get back into fitness, but only to keep getting hurt and in turn taking another hiatus. After three cycles of injury she committed to personal training alongside group classes. Now she exercises more consistently than ever, is pain free, and is back to her active lifestyle she loves so much.
