Guest Bio:  Crystal Green-Braswell, a twenty- one year veteran educator, currently serves as a middle school assistant principal in the Little School District. Crystal earned a Specialist Degree in Education Leadership from Arkansas State University, a Master's Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Bachelor's Degree from the University of Central Arkansas. During her 21 years in education, she has held a variety roles in elementary and middle schools throughout the state of Arkansas. She has been a Special Education and an English Language Arts educator, a Gifted & Talented Coordinator, a Literacy Facilitator and as already mentioned is now in Administration. Armed with the sincere belief that with the right climate and culture every school can succeed, she has successfully helped move a “C” school to an “A” school, facilitated arts integration sessions, mentored hundreds of teachers and has even created a coveted “Wellness Room” for her staff.
