Guest Bio: Joel Lookadoo is the 2020 Arkansas Teacher of the Year. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Math Education from the University of Central Arkansas and his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. He received his National Board Certification in High School Mathematics. Joel is ESL certified and has taught 7 years in Springdale, Arkansas.
