Guest Bio: Sydney is a ninth-grade English teacher at Lincoln High School in Lincoln, Nebraska, and is also the 2019 Nebraska Teacher of the Year. Her TED talk, "How can we support the emotional well-being of teachers?" was released in November 2019 and has garnered more than two million views. Sydney continues to serve the education community in her classroom and as an advocate for teacher wellness.
