Welcome to this week’s episode of the Entrepreneur Evolution Podcast. Today is Friday’s Express Tip, where I drop a business tip in 5 minutes or less. So we talk about scaling our businesses a lot on here, and today’s tip is on the feeling of growth. So what does growth actually feel like? Well, when you are emotionally triggered in your business, you are agitated, things don’t go right, people and teams feel like they are “messing up” - that is growth! Every time you grow, a system breaks. Why? Because the process and system that got you to one point, won’t take you to another point, a higher point, in your business. So growth feels like that emotion, frustration, angst. Instead of being triggered in a negative way - accept it! Recognize that this is growth. It is a good thing that my people are asking me these questions, or that my business and process is giving me feedback to tell me that things aren’t working and it’s time to change them, improve them, make them different. So if you are having that moment of just feeling down about your business, or questioning something, look at it from another perspective. When things are growing and scaling you need new processes and new systems. Every time you grow, your system breaks. Continue to show up, swinging the back, and looking at things with that lense of where you want to go to get to your vision. You are doing it.
