Today I am going to share a quote that I love. So here it is, “success loves speed.” The first thing I think of when I hear that quote is decision making. One of the things I see out there in my coaching and group sessions is that the decision making process needs to be quick. To be a good strong and solid decision maker, the decision making needs to happen. The best decision making happens when you have the right tools. So when you are scaling your business to new levels, be a solid, strong quick decision maker. Stick with your decision and know that there is always the option to shift or evolve around that decision. One of the best tools I use to make decisions in my business is the Core Values Index which helps me to evaluate the nature of others.
