Welcome to this week’s episode of the Entrepreneur Evolution Podcast. Today we are talking about the small tweaks. It is really important - especially during these seasonal changes - to make sure we are taking a closer look at everything in our business. Sometimes to grow and scale we need to get back in the weeds a little bit. I’m not saying to stay there, but do go back in and re-examine certain aspects of your business. There are always improvements in our systems and processes that can be made. As I record this, we are shifting from summer to fall. Take a look at the smaller things in your business. Where can you make a small tweak? For example, some softwares have workflows and automations. If you have laid a great foundation, ask yourself what the next step is. How can you improve on the next step? Where can you tweak? This is a great thing to task your executive assistant, virtual assistant, or your team. Where can we make small tweaks to improve and make a better workflow. So I encourage you to go back in the weeds, don’t get stuck there, but ask your team these questions.
