Welcome to this week’s Entrepreneur Express Tip! This tip is about entrepreneur patterns. As I am coaching business owners, I see patterns and it’s interesting how the patterns unfold and how they are uniquely similar with various different business owners - whether you are male or female, have a newer or existing company, or have a small team or large team. No matter the business I see trends and patterns unfold and a lot of times it has to do with the business owner’s mindset. The good times are very good and the bad times are very bad. The patterns are out there and once we can identify the patterns and narrow in on what specifically is going on with you as a business owner then we can identify if this is something happening universally with business owners. Once we can narrow in on what the issue is, we can make huge progress and that's when your business really scales. Oftentimes these patterns arise from things like confidence, identity crisis, self-doubt, or team development and those are the things I help you work through. I want you to identify what you think the pattern is that you are witnessing in your business and chances are you are not alone and other businesses are going through it as well. Please reach out for a conversation because being able to have conversations with objective viewpoints is when clarity happens and scalability happens. You might think you are experiencing something alone, but it’s most likely a trend and a lot of other business owners are experiencing the same things you are. Call yourself out, look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself what is the pattern I am in right now and how can I have that breakthrough.
