Welcome to this week’s Entrepreneur Express Tip in 5 minutes or less! Things are moving so fast right now and as entrepreneurs we are wired to be tenacious and keep on going no matter what. However, sometimes we forget to stop and celebrate the small wins. Sometimes we fall into the bad habit of always moving on to the next thing, even after a win. Today I encourage you to stop on the mountain and turn around to look down the mountain and see how far you’ve come. We continuously look up the mountain to see where we need to go and how far we need to keep climbing, but today let’s stop, celebrate and applaud how far you, your company and team has come. I also want you to take this to your team and allow them to celebrate and reflect on how far the company has come and the impact it has made. Take time to look down the mountain and high-five your team - this can serve as important fuel to keep on going.
