Welcome to this week’s Entrepreneur Express Tip in 5 minutes or less! It’s that time of year where we need to revisit our habits and see what is working and what’s not working. I encourage you to do this seasonally, sometimes even monthly, because we can get off track, especially during the holidays or the start of the new year. I want you to revisit both your good habits and your bad habits. Are there habits you need to break? I don’t know what it is for you, but I know what is for me and I’m always trying to be in check with my bad habits and work toward improving my good habits. Things like sleep are huge and analyzing these routines can be vital to make sure your days are starting off on the right foot. It’s so helpful to you and your business to analyze your habits and adjust the ones that are causing you strife and build on the ones that are serving you well.
