In today’s podcast you will learn about Dave Cummings, founder of Cummings & Co. Realtors. He singlehandedly founded the company in 2006 and has held every position since its inception, including broker, accountant, agent, contract review, and cleaning crew. At an early age, Dave had a strong sense of entrepreneurism. However, it wasn’t until the mid-2000’s when he saw a need in the Maryland residential brokerage market for a strong, locally owned company with a fee structure that made sense for today’s technology-based world. Known as an agent’s broker, Dave does not compete with his agents, but focuses on ways to better assist and grow each sales associate’s business.
