Chelsea Perry is a Founder and Wharton School of Business Candidate with interests spanning healthcare, technology and expanding diversity within the workforce. In an industry where people believe that the only impact-makers are doctors and nurses, Chelsea has shown us that healthcare has even more to offer and there is certainly a place for non-clinical workers in the industry. Over the course of her career, she has accomplished the following:

• IVY League Student: Currently attending UPenn’s Wharton School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2024
• Entrepreneurship: In 2019, founded Appcelerator, an e-learning platform and career accelerator that prepares underrepresented students and professionals for roles in strategy & operations, management consulting, and tech.
• Career Trajectory: Has worked in various health admin and tech roles including: Admin Fellow, Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Product Development Manager across companies such as CVS Health, MedStar Health, Kaiser Permante and more.

In this interview, Chelsea walks us through her journey as a Maryland born “army brat” to transforming the careers of those of underrepresented backgrounds.
