Here we are, the long awaited end to 2020. But through all the changes in almost everything, we have gained a chance to look at how we spend our time, how we spend our money, where we put energy, how to help ourselves and others more. It's been an introspective one for sure, and our country is forced to face how we make and buy foods, what problems our current food system has created, and people and organizations have already been making amazing changes that will become the new norm.

It always seems like we over-correct as a household and as a country and as a planet. But during this time, I'm grateful for all we have and being able to connect with many friends and family I hadn't previously.
